The Seaport Terminal Operators Association of Nigeria (STOAN) recently reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the Mission to Seafarers (MTS), a charity dedicated to the well-being of seafarers around the world.
A delegation from MTS, led by the Regional Director for the African Region, Reverend Cedric Rautenbach, met with STOAN representatives to discuss collaborative efforts. Princess Vicky Haastrup, Chairwoman of STOAN, expressed the association’s unwavering support for MTS’s mission.
“The work of seafarers is critical,” said Princess Haastrup. “They are away from their families for months at a time, and their contribution to global trade is undeniable. Terminal operators will always support MTS in their mission to care for seafarers.”
