It has been an eventful year for most Nigerians, with the pandemic and its economic effects on us.

Everyone has been affected by it all, to varying degrees. However, there are two things that characterize the resilient Nigerian: hope and gratitude against all odds. 

We are hopeful people. This is why no matter what we go through as a nation, we always find a way to smile through it. We always believe that we will find a way out. We have hope of a bright future as Nigerians, so we keep on pushing. We make jokes and have fun in every situation because, after all, we are still here. That is who we are, we are still standing; we are still thriving; we are thankful. 

We are thankful for life. It is a privilege to still be here making our mark, individually and collectively.

We are thankful for our strength and resilience. We are so strong, and we know it. We have overcome so much and have the fire in us to get through anything.

We are thankful for the drive to succeed, the will to always weather the storm till we win.
